The Worcester Library has microfilm of the Telegram & Gazette available for viewing (free). It is the only daily paper in town. You can find the obituary there, or by writing the City Clerk, City Hall, Worcester, MA 01603 (fee)

If you know the date of her death, you could write for a copy of the death certificate to the town clerk in the town of death. (Usually a fee of $5.00).  The name of the funeral home will be listed on the death certificate. Then, you may contact them for further info.  (There may not have been an obituary, possibly just a listing.) The cemetery would be on the death certficate as well. Also, the Mass. Registry in Dorchester would have info.
