From the Catholic marriage records held by St. John's Church:
On Jan. 22, 1843 Francis Desplaines to Maria Lusigneau, witnesses were Michael Ledoux and Mary Ann Collins. married by Fr. Goodwin. [Mary Collins witnessed four other marriages, none of them were of French Canadian couples. She may have been "unrelated" so to speak. There are others that seemed to have been witnesses for many marriages, like they were provided by the church.]

By Fr. Williamson On June 30, 1844 Francis Robideau to Celest Dulcean witnesses were Francis Sansenville and Antone Dandurand
None of the above were reported to Worcester. That is to say there is no civil record of these, not too uncommon... there are scores of them that didn't get reported to the town clerk.
This one by Fr. Gibson was reported, but finding the civil record is tricky:

One From Fr. Fitton, it did get reported to Worcester On Jan. 12, 1841 Esra Ladoux to Mary Ann Burgoyne witnesses were Abraham Chaplin and Maria Lensen.

The record is filled with bad spelling.
On April or May (there are two civil records for these) 14, 1848 there was a double ceremony by Fr. Boyce The couples acted as witnesses for each other: Henry Martin to Louiza Ganon and Edmund Duprey to Louzia ?
From the Town of Worcester Death Records page 213 Mary Maple female 1yr. 8 m died on Sept. 6, 1848 child of Francis and Mary Maple buried in the Catholic Yard [that term is vague but likely means Tatnuck Burial Ground. See Irish forum on this site for "Tatnuck" info]
From City of Worcester Death Records Book 1 page 17 #376 Joseph Maple male 5 yrs. died on Nov. 19, 1850 or 1852 [listed twice? or some other confusion] child of Francis and Mary Maple buried in the Tatnuck Burial Ground.
City Death Record Book 1 page 50 #48 Francis Maple married male 42 yrs. died on March 11, 1854. Born in Canada to John & ? He lived on Pine St., he was a moulder and he died from "consumption" that is Tuberculosis.
