I did try to look for the name in the Funerak Directories Yellow Book (*which lists the funeral homes, etc, nationally and internationally.) The most recent do not show it for Wrocester. But, I've seen this name during research. do you know if they were located in Worcester?
Generally, the rule of thumb is if a FH is "bought out", the new owners "add" their name to the previous.
I will look again if you think there is a different town or city where they were located.
