English language classes and instruction for Spanish speaking people trying to integrate and mainline. Free would be wonderful, but low cost would be helpful. My daughter-in-law is a college trained professional who needs to learn English quickly to have her trade license validated in Massachusetts. Something in the Vernon Hill area or nearby would be very helpful.....but anywhere would be appreciated.
