Dear Readers,

I also was wondering if anyone knows the history or a link that I could find information on Classical High School?

The date it was built, location, date closed, etc.

Do they have an alumni that I might be able to donate items?  A name of a contact person?

I'm new at writing to this site so I'm not sure what time frame  I should expect someone to answer my questions.

I realize that most or all of my uncles family have passed away in that area so my search is limited.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sincerely,

Karen

Karen,
Best I remember, a rough recap about Classical High, email me jim28518@yahoo.com for details and old pictures.
Both of Worcester's first 2 high schools changed there name over the years. Classical high became Commerce and English became Classical. Both schools built in circa 1880, 1890 and closed as schools in the circa 1960's, one building is still stands.
