The BYRNES/BURNS from Doolin, co. Clare arrived in Worcester at the end of the 19th century.  I'm looking for information on James Burns, b. 1873 in Ballysallagh and died in Worcester in a fire at American Steel and Wire in 1931. He was married to Delia (nee Birch) and was the father of Henry Burns, Jim Burns, Joe Burns, Anne Burns, Kay Burns, and Robert Burns.

Other family members' surnames are: DOOLIN, FITZPATRICK and HANNAN

Please respond to robertahutchins1947@gmail.com  Thanks.

Sorry, no info. But my grandmother was a nurse at American Steel and Wire, she was about 24 in 1931, and quite possibly working there the day James died. Good luck in your searches. john
